What is the Myers Briggs personality test?

If you aren’t familiar with the Myers Briggs personality test, it’s a famous method of analyzing personality by dividing people into 16 categories based on their preferences between four binary characteristics. The test attempts to determine whether your primary personality preference is extroverted or introverted, sensing or intuitive, thinking or feeling, and judging or perceiving. Each of these preferences is represented by a letter to make up your Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
