Helpful Things To Know A few quick answers before your visit. Do Groom Rents Free? When your wedding party qualifies, the groom's rental is on us. Ask your stylist for details during your appointment. How long are appointments? Most rental appointments take around 30–60 minutes depending on your wedding party and what you'd like to explore. Can wedding party members rent remotely? Yes. Generation Tux allows wedding party members to submit measurements and complete their rentals online if needed. When will my rental arrive? Once your rental arrives, we recommend opening the package and trying everything on right away to make sure the fit feels correct before your event. What if something doesn’t fit? If something doesn’t fit quite right, contact Generation Tux as soon as possible so adjustments or replacement items can be arranged if needed. How do returns work after the wedding? Simply place all rental items into the prepaid return bag included with your order and drop it off at a carrier location within 3 days after your event. Can I compare suit colors with bridesmaid dresses? Yes — rental appointments take place inside our bridal party building, so if your bridesmaid dresses are from Wedding Shoppe brands like Kennedy Blue, you’ll be able to compare the exact colors in person. If not, feel free to bring a bridesmaid dress swatch or inspiration photos with you. How should I care for my garments? Once your garments arrive, hang everything up right away to help release wrinkles. Steam is okay if needed, but garments should not be ironed directly. Do you offer both rentals and purchases? Yes — Wedding Shoppe offers both Generation Tux rentals and Kennedy Blue suit purchases depending on the look, timeline, and experience you’re looking for. Do you offer free groom rentals? Yes — with 5 paid wedding party members, the groom’s suit or tuxedo rental is free through Generation Tux. Can groomsmen rent from different locations? Yes — wedding party members can complete their rentals online or visit a Generation Tux showroom closer to them if preferred. Most couples choose to have the groom visit in person first to finalize the overall look. What sizes are available? From 3T to men’s 66L, Generation Tux offers a wide range of sizes and fits. Rental appointments take place inside the Wedding Shoppe bridal party building, located directly across the street from our bridal boutique on Grand Avenue in St. Paul.
