We’re glad you’re here! Because we have some seriously stunning bridal gowns to show you. And yes, they have sleeves. Now, if you’re thinking: Wait, wait – a wedding dress with sleeves? Our answer is: Yep! Because they’re beautifully timeless, classy and classic, and hot on the red carpet right now (even Kate Middleton agrees!). Also, they fit the styles of a variety of brides, from tradition to boho, and would work seamlessly (no pun intended) in any climate – even a winter wedding. One One Photography We’re about to show you some of our favorite bridal gowns with sleeves, and you’ll notice that most (but certainly not all!) are made of or contain some lace. That’s because it’s tough to make sleeves work without contrast or balance. With some exceptions (like one Maggie Sottero gown below, for example), sleeves tend to look best when they’re subtle, not nearly as noticeable as the main piece. That said, though, designers brilliantly make sleeves work using bead work or other materials, too. Bridal designers have always found creative and innovative ways of giving us new and fresh gowns to wear on our happiest day ever. We looked at dresses by the hottest bridal designers right now and put together a list of our favorites, making sure to include range for different styles and tastes. (So, even though they all have white sleeves of some sort, we promise they don’t all look alike.) Here are the 12 wedding gowns for 2018 we think are some of the absolute dreamiest. Tara Keely TK2600 As you can already tell, this Tara Keely gown is perfect for either the relaxed, boho bride or the more traditional, elegant bride. It has subtly sexy points, like the strapless off-the-shoulder cut, and sweetheart neckline hidden behind the sheer lace. There’s a crystal encrusted belt at the waist, and A-line silhouette is as flattering to your fit as it is comfortable to move around in. Trust us – keep looking at the details and you’ll keep falling in love with this dress. Enchanting by Mon Cheri 117177 This very aptly titled dress from Mon Cheri looks straight out of a fairy tale. A combination of organza and lace, it has just enough detail to make any bride look like the epitome of class and royalty. The 3/4-length sleeves stand out as particularly unique and elegant, and we particularly love how their ends are small, delicate scallop patterns. The illusion accents that decorate the tasteful scoop neckline and the back are the perfect touches for making this gown truly… well, enchanting! Jasmine Bridal Gown T182008 Short sleeves! Because who said they had to be long? This Jasmine gown is absolutely stunning from the very bottom to the very top. Don’t miss the elaborate chandelier beadwork on those sleeves, or the fact that this beadwork continues all the way around the dress. (Yep, even the belt.) Underneath all of it, and across the whole dress, is fine embroidery lace. So, if you wanted to be wrapped in elegance and beauty while saying your “I do’s,” then this wedding dress will quite literally do that for you! Maggie Sottero Dierdre Marie 7MW366 This is the gown we mentioned in the opening. This Maggie Sottero dress works beautifully without needing to contrast the sleeves with the main part of the dress. It features a lace bodice with a slight back scoop (bra friendly = always a plus). It’s comfortable yet confident, simple yet stunning, and it’s unexpected. It’s perfect for any bride, whether petite or curvy, for any weather and for any time of day. This gown has a romantically timeless look about it, which means we’re going to love it forever and ever. Allure Romance 3006 This Allure Romance gown somehow has a hint of royalty and modesty to it at the same time. With its illusion bateau over the sweetheart neckline and its ballgown silhouette, it provides the perfect combination of coverage and romance. (By the way, we’re loving the detail on that sweetheart neckline – unexpected and gorgeous!) Check out the illusion back, too. Now that’s dreamy. Tara Keely TK2450 This Tara Keely gown is one of the most unique gowns we’ve seen. We love its statement deep V-neckline and bodice made entirely of beautifully detailed lace. The sleeves follow the same pattern, and so does the full-coverage back. (Hold on. Can we pause a second to admire those buttons?) The look is completed by a fit and flare crepe skirt that begins at the waistline and ends in a chapel train. This gorgeous gown somehow perfectly combines the tropical and sexy with the classy and chic – all in one dress! Wtoo Bridal Gown Claude 17764 A beautifully modern, vintage-inspired, surprisingly sexy wedding dress… We don’t think we’ve ever described another dress that way before. This Wtoo bridal gown is one of our favorite new ones. All made of detailed lace, the modest front features a high scoop neckline, illusion accents and sheath silhouette. Then you look at that back and you fall even more in love with it. A diamond-shaped cut-out to strike the perfect balance between classic and contemporary. Added bonus: it’s perfect for any kind of celebration – destination, beach side wedding or at-home celebration! Casablanca 2232L This Casablanca bridal gown makes a beautiful grand entrance and a gorgeous, memorable exit. From the front to back and top to bottom, it’s adorned with hand-of-the-artist details that make for a complete style and sophistication package. From the sweetheart neckline to the floor-length bottom, the gown is covered entirely by lace on tulle, which lies over a silky charmeuse underdress. The “wow” factors in this dress just don’t seem to run out! Blu by Mori Lee Gown Maya 5517 At first when we saw this one, we thought to ourselves, “Is this real? Or are we dreaming of fairytale weddings again?” It was the first one. But this Casablanca bridal gown gown truly does seem like it was created by a magical fairy just for your fairytale day. The bodice is covered entirely by delicate alencon lace, which is then embroidered with breathtaking beadwork. Those embroidered motifs scatter down the half-length illusion sleeves. Needless to say, with this dress, you’re pretty much set for your happily-ever-after. Kittychen Couture Viviana V1715 This flattering Kittychen Couture bridal gown will hug your curves and make you feel stunning. We’re loving the lace cap sleeves on this one that make it extra unique. That’s where the elaborate pattern starts and it continues all throughout the dress, even all the way down the chapel train. This curvy beauty enhances your natural figure for a tasteful, womanly presence. So go ahead – show off the woman you’re made of! Jasmine Bridal Gown F181005 This gown is all style and class – and it’s all-around striking. Perfect for any wedding setting or any bride’s taste, this Jasmine bridal gown is whimsical and one-of-a-kind. It’s bateau neckline is covered by beautiful Chantilly lace, which continues down its ¾-length sleeves. How unique and awesome is the horizontally pleated waist sash? It leads to a romantic A-line silhouette, leaving you feeling fabulous and ready-as-ever to say “I do.” Wilderly Bride Bridal Gown Willow Sophisticated, elegant, and downright unforgettable, this gown is as unique and stylish as it is timeless. The English net fabric is soft and comfortable (important!), and the lace throughout the dress adds texture that makes it stand out, especially on those beautiful, flowy sleeves. The classy and tasteful sweetheart neckline leads to an open back that is outlined with gorgeous floral lace detail. And how gorgeous is the off-the-shoulder look!
