When you’re looking for wedding dress ideas and inspiration, it’s always so easy to start with movies.  Romantic movies often end with two love birds that live happily ever after – sealed with their commitment to each other expressed at their beautiful wedding.

So starting with movies for wedding inspiration is simple.  It is one of the most common ways for a girl to begin fantasizing about what her dream wedding dress would look like.  That’s why My Wedding Chat chose the romantic film, When in Rome, for this week’s Monday Memorable Wedding Moment. When in Rome stars a hard working business woman named Beth, played by Kristen Bell.  Beth’s obsession with work conflicted with her last relationship, and in result, Beth and her always busy Blackberry were left behind.  While dealing with a heart break, Beth struggles to balance her younger sister’s wedding and her demanding job while in the beautiful city of Rome. But of course, studly actor Josh Duhamel ,who played the best man, Nick, was irresistible to Beth.  His charm, warm smile, and goofy personality captured Beth’s heart that night.  Beth ended the night strolling through the streets of Rome and swimming in Rome’s famous Fountain of Love.  Her love struck style ends quickly though, when she spots Nick passionately kissing another woman outside of the reception hall.  Once again, Beth is left alone, but this time with a few tokens from the Fountain of Love. Little did Beth know, when one takes a token from the Fountain of Love, the person that released the token into the fountain will fall in love with her.  So while back in New York City, Beth is faced with four random men who are madly in love with her, and Nick who just won’t give up wanting to date her.  As the movie unfolds, Beth learns how to break the love spell and she questions her relationship with Nick. Overcoming a few bumps in the road, Beth and Nick’s relationship is taken to the next level.  Before we know it, they are walking down the aisle and exchanging their vows.
