With almost 600 Hotfix Rhinestones radiating from the neckline onto the bodice and along the edge of the sleeves. The relaxed sheath skirt has a multi layer tier effect which elongates your silhouette. The back has a complimentary boat neckline decorated with Hotfix Rhinestones and the continuation of the multiple layer tier effect.
