Wedding Shoppe COVID-19 and Safety Plan

We've developed a COVID-19 plan that puts health and safety at the center of everything we do. Our plan is the result of weeks of work and following public health recommendations.

We have put measures in place to ensure customer and staff safety, which includes:

  1. Private Fitting Rooms: Our fitting rooms are already mostly private. This allows your group to socially distance from other customers during your appointment.

    Fitting rooms will be disinfected after every appointment. This includes cleaning frequently touched items such as chairs, door handles, countertops, surfaces, iPads, etc.

    We will guide customers to their fitting rooms and to exits before and after appointments. Payments will be taken in the fitting room.

  2. Physical Distancing: We are reducing the number of people who can attend an appointment. A bride may bring up to two guests for a weekend appointment. A bride may bring up to four guests for an appointment Monday thru Friday.

    We ask that brides use discretion when inviting guests to their appointments. We encourage those who are at higher risk such as infants and elderly to stay at home.

    Important: We strongly encourage brides to schedule an appointment during the week:
    • Fewer appointments, therefore fewer people in store
    • More private fitting rooms
    • Slightly larger group sizes (up to five people per appointment)
    • Later hours. We are open until 8:00 PM.

  3. Mandatory masks: Wedding Shoppe will provide disposable face masks that are required to be worn at all times by stylists and customers entering any building.

  4. Handwashing and Enhanced Sanitization: Hand sanitizer dispensers will be accessible throughout the store. Stylists will be required to wash hands after every appointment.

    There will be enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of work surfaces, equipment, tools and community areas such as restrooms and entryways. Fitting rooms will be disinfected after every appointment.

  5. Screening, temperature checks and employee training: Managers will ask every stylist if they have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 during every shift. Every stylist will also have their temperature taken.

    If a stylist is experiencing symptoms she will be sent home immediately and asked to contact a local medical provider for assistance. We are providing our employees with training on best practices for keeping a safe work environment at this time.

  6. E-commerce: We will continue adding new products and exclusive online only discounts to incentivize online shopping.

Are Orders On Time?

Most orders are currently on time. We have contacted all our designers and we are following all customer orders to ensure on-time delivery for weddings. If anything changes, we will keep you updated.

Wedding Dresses: 4-6 months
Bridesmaid Dresses: 3-4 months
Tuxedos: Orders can be placed 4 weeks before the wedding
