As an online personal trainer, I know a busy bride-to-be like you doesn’t have time to spend hours working out. That is why I design the workouts for my Lean Bride Transformations clients to be efficient and effective. My clients receive three 45-60 minute full body workouts per week that target those areas that brides are concerned with:
  • The backside: the side your guests see the most of during the wedding ceremony!
  • Arms: we work on getting nice toned arms for those sleeveless dresses.
  • The stomach: you want a nice flat stomach for lying on the beach during your honeymoon, right???

The Wedding Diet Secret:  80% of what we look like is what we eat!

As a fitness trainer and nutrition coach, I know how important a wedding diet is to having the perfect wedding body. I believe, “80% of what we look like is what we put into (or don’t put into) our bodies,”-- meaning you can’t out-exercise a bad diet. If you are working your tail off, yet having a pint of Ben and Jerry’s every day, you are not going to reach your wedding body goal. (Trust me, I know it’s tough, Cherry Garcia makes me weak in the knees!) I tell my brides-to-be to be more concerned with the quality of food that you are putting in your body, than the quantity (or calories).

Because of this, I also offer nutrition packages. Notice I did NOT say wedding diet packages! Diets have a deadline, and my goal for you is to have you KEEPING your wedding body long after the honeymoon is over! You can choose from a basic meal plan/guide with a one-time fee, or a custom monthly plan all laid out for you. You are too busy to be in the kitchen for hours; my custom plans will have you doing one afternoon of prep a week, so all you have to do is grab and go!

All my plans and packages come with a 60-minute consultation at no cost. Also included are unlimited texts, emails, and Facebook messages. However, sometimes you need an ear to listen and someone to help guide you through those times you just don’t want to go to the gym, or when you are having a hard time staying on track with your nutrition. Don’t worry, even I’ve been there! If one-on-one coaching is more your style, 1- hour once-a-week motivational coaching sessions can be added to any plan.
