Most girls have dreamt of their wedding day all of their lives. Walking down the aisle to meet their prince charming in a beautiful venue filled with family and friends is a special moment in life that you will cherish forever. Before you can make a guest list and buy flowers, you need to book a venue. Will you need separate venues for the ceremony and reception, or one large place for both? Is it important that you marry in a church, or do you prefer outdoor ceremonies? We’re here to help you figure out how to find a wedding venue and ceremony site.

Call ceremony site options in advance to secure your wedding date.
Many wedding venues book up in advance, so it is important to call to save your date as soon as you can. If you are having the wedding and/or reception at a location that is also used for other types of events, it may book up even earlier than some churches. If you have chosen a church or temple as your desired venue, this could make for extra room on your wedding budget. Churches are often free of charge for members, or require only a small donation.Photography by - A. Whitmore Photography
Have a “plan B” if you choose an outdoor ceremony site.
Outdoor weddings are fresh and romantic, but be aware that weather can be unpredictable when booking an outdoor venue. Tents can be arranged on an “if needed” basis by many companies, and some parks and gardens have options for indoor meeting areas that can be used.Photography by - Eddie Marroquin Photography
