When are bridesmaid dresses ordered?
Bridesmaid dresses are ordered after all bridesmaids have been measured and the dresses are paid in full. Bridesmaid dresses should be ordered at the same time to ensure that there is not dye-lot variance with the fabric from the manufacturer.

Can I order extra fabric for my bridal gown or bridesmaid dresses?
Fabric can be ordered from most manufacturers at an additional charge. Fabric delivery takes up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, and dye-lots can vary.

How do I take care of my gown once the wedding is over?
If a gown is not properly cared for after the wedding, it can cause the fabric and beading to discolor over time. We work with a company called Allied Heirlooms who will clean and preserve your gown. Each gown receives a thorough pre-cleaning, post-cleaning, and packing inspection. Your gown will be packaged in an air-tight box and sent back to you in 6 to 8 weeks.

FORMAL WEAR

What different styles and brands of tuxedos do you offer?
We offer over 100 different jacket styles that range from traditional to contemporary. We also offer a large selection of vests, shirts, pants, ties, and accessories. To have something for everyone, we carry the latest name brand formal wear including: Ecko, Chaps Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Fubu, Perry Ellis, Lord West, Tallia Uomo, Geoffrey Bean, Claiborne 2.0, After Six, Andrew Fezza, Demetrios, and more.

Do you have a large selection of vests and ties?
Finding the perfect color and style of vest can be difficult, especially with the range of different bridesmaid dress colors. We have over 250 different vest styles and colors available in either fullback or backless. Many of these vests also include matching windsor ties, cravats, bowties, and shar-pei ties.

Are there additional charges for vests, shirts, and ties?
The rental price includes: the jacket, pants, any fullback or backless vest, shirt, tie, and basic jewelry.

Do the tuxedo shirts have to be ivory to match the bridal gown?
We recommend that the tuxedo shirts are as close as possible to the bridal gown. Wearing a white shirt next to an off white gown can make the gown look dirty.

What if my gown is not true ivory?
We offer a selection of ivory shirts in traditional and light ivory to ensure the closest match possible. If the gown is not white, usually the tuxedo shirts should be some variation of ivory.

When is the best time to register my tuxedos? What is involved in registering?
As soon as possible! It is never too early to register your tuxedo order. Remember that there are usually several people who need to be measured for their tuxedo and we prefer to have the measurements completed at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Registration is quick and easy. No money is required, and if you are not sure on a particular color or style, those details can be added later.

Where should my attendants get measured? What if they are out-of-town?
Any attendants that are in-town should preferably get measured at the Wedding Shoppe in ensure the most accurate fit. For attendants who are out-of-town, measurements can be mailed, called, emailed, faxed, or sent via our web site.

Are alterations available on my tuxedo?
Of Course! When your order arrives, we recommend that everyone try on their own tuxedo. Our formal wear consultants will professionally inspect your tuxedo and make sure everything fits properly. If alterations are needed, we have an on-site professional seamstress that can adjust pants, sleeve lengths, or other minor alterations for free, while you wait!
